January 30, 1929 - April 25, 2008

Ruby Ann Keltz, 79, of Paris, Illinois passed away at 4:40 p.m. Friday, April 25, 2008 at Paris Healthcare Center. She was a homemaker.

She was born January 30, 1929 in Paris, Illinois, the daughter of the late Roy O. and Annis E. (Cushman) Mullins. She married Delbert Keltz Jr. on September 29, 1979 in Paris, Illinois and he survives.

Other survivors include a son, Russ (Rena) Chaney of Parkersburg, West Virginia; a daughter, Robin Winkler of Paris, Illinois; two step-sons, Mike (Billie) Keltz and Don (Carol) Keltz all of Paris, Illinois; two step-daughters, Debbie Rusk of Paris, Illinois and Jayne Ann (Jack) Bartley of Chrisman, Illinois; a brother, Tom Mullins of Newport, Arkansas; three sisters, Betty Stevens of Decatur, Illinois, Kathleen Blount of Paris, Illinois, and Deanna Taylor of Brownsburg, Indiana; a daughter-in-law, Deena Chaney of Sullivan, Indiana; fourteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Randy Chaney, and two brothers.

Mrs. Keltz was a member of the former Trinity United Methodist Church of Paris.

Private graveside services were conducted at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at Edgar Cemetery in Paris. The Reverend Phil Tribby officiated and interment followed. Public visitation was from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Templeton Funeral Home in Paris.
