We want you to feel comfortable and informed.

  1. YOU ARE IN CHARGE.
    We are here to guide and listen. The subject matter and the extent of details are at your discretion. Some people want to plan to the letter. Others leave general instructions, with more specific details to be "decided at the time." If you’re not comfortable looking at caskets, we'll understand. We are working for you, not the other way around.
  2. ASK!
    No matter how unusual or strange your questions or ideas may seem to you, we're here to answer, not judge. You would be surprised at some of the questions we've been asked. We want you to feel comfortable and informed.
  3. WE LOVE PERSONALIZATION.
    We have a flexible facility and open minds. We find honor in keeping traditions, but we are also interested in knowing about you. The more personalized a service is, the more meaningful it will be to those who love you.
  4. WE'LL COME TO TO YOU.
    If the idea of coming to the funeral home is keeping you from planning ahead, let us know. We will be pleased to meet with you in the comfort of your own home.
  5. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PREPAY.
    Many people like the idea of the cost guarantee and the comfort of knowing that "it's all taken care of." Others, however, have existing life insurance or other means of paying for expenses at the time of need. In either case, there is still tremendous value in planning ahead.
  6. PREPAID FUNDS ARE USUALLY EASILY TRANSFERRED.
    We will honor any contract written by another funeral home that you may choose to transfer to our files.
  7. GUARANTEED CONTRACTS ARE JUST THAT.
    Your family will never be asked to pay additional money for items that have been guaranteed prepaid, regardless of how much costs may rise. You will leave with a contract in hand that tells your survivors exactly what you have prepaid.
  8. FEEL FREE TO BRING YOUR FAMILY.
    We facilitate discussions of subject matter that may be awkward to bring up otherwise. Important conversations are often the result. Regardless of whether or not you choose to bring your family, we strongly suggest that you inform them of your plans with us.

    Our phones are answered round the clock. You'll never be greeted by a recording or a machine.
